Maybe in the end she didn't die from starvation/dehydration. Maybe they evicted Bobby Schindler from the room so they could smother her with that cute tabby kitty plush animal they keep talking about? Sometimes there is something to the way people state things....
I do think they must have smothered her. Undetectable by autopsy if they "clean her up."
