Look, Wal-Mart is not a licensed druggist ~ they have to hire such folks. It's really not up to Wal-Mart to decide what drugs they should sell since they have to rely on the counsel of folks licensed to do that. Yes it is. Unless the gov't buys the drugs, stocks them, pays the stock labor, prices them, advertises the items and then hires the people to sell them.
It is not the choice of the druggist as to whether he sells them or not ... it's his job.
We are speaking of prescription drugs. These are all highly regulated by jackbooted thugs from a federal agency. What the evil governor of Illinois has ordered is for anyone who sells condoms to sell BC available only under a prescription.
