They picked 2001 for the start date but Terri's dcf file goes back much further than 2001 and A BROKEN WHEELCHAIR COMES TO MIND. I guess that's okay in Florida. So is BEING ISOLATED IN ONE ROOM FOR FOUR YEARS. Guess that's okay. DCF is a disgrace. Florida is a mess. Now Bill O'Reilly is using the term "open seaon" on women and children. I used that term here the other day. O'Reilly stealing my material tonight. hah!

Now the big coverup as to what all was done (and not done) to Terri. To the last moment I hoped that someone who had the power would save her. But nobody did. They did not care enough, or they actually wanted her dead. She was a nuisance.

Had she been a vicious criminal or an illegal alien, there would have been a huge outcry along with awards of millions of dollars for the family suffering.

A living will does not much good as long as there are judges such as Greer. And those who are letting him get away with breaking the laws (perhaps privately applauding him) should also be held accountable.

I suspect the four-year statute of limitations is the deciding factor, although in this case it is somewhat absurd that they don't investigate anything outside of that since a real investigation might find enough evidence to convict some people of murder, for which there is no statute of limitations.

I'm curious, though: suppose someone were to plant a time bomb set to go off in 1,462 days (4 years plus a day) and hid it well enough that it wasn't discovered until it went off. If the bomb didn't kill anyone, could that person be convicted of anything if, in the four years prior to the blast, he did nothing to bring it about?
