Schiavo findings won't be rushed

"Thogmartin, 41, knows Schiavo's autopsy will probably be the most publicized of his career. He won't talk about it until he is done and estimates it will be two or three more weeks."

"He has reversed two findings of his predecessor, Joan Wood, resulting in two fathers who were accused of shaking their babies to death being cleared of murder charges."

"State Attorney Bernie McCabe and Public Defender Bob Dillinger used the same words to describe Thogmartin: "professional" and "independent."

"E-mails and letters have streamed in accusing Thogmartin of bias."

"A Star Trek fan, when the tough questions come up, Thogmartin often jokes with his staff, 'What would Capt. Kirk do?'"

The fact he has overturned findings of his predessor has me worried.

Remember that in George Greer's ILLEGAL campaign commercial Bob Dillinger had a Public Defender from his office standing in a courtroom setting shilling for Greer and so did Bernie McCabe. He had a prosecutor shililng for Greer in his tv ad. ALL OF IT WAS ILLEGAL ON SIDES. The Public Defender broke the law, the State Attorney Prosecutor broke the law and The Sheriff's dept. broke the law to loan their agencies to Greer for his campaign commercial.

I want what he wants. This guy was at the May 5th protset at Greer's award from the West Pasco Cty Bar Assn. (leave off the "n" from Assn and that's what I think of those pompous ambulance chasers. FV
