The GOP House is not forgetting what the judges did to Terri.

House GOP plans strategy on federal courts

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1402249/posts

The planned legislative challenge to the courts reflects longtime conservative suspicion of the courts and displeasure over the courts' refusal to restore a feeding tube to Terri Schiavo, the brain-damaged Floridian who died March 31.

"The GOP House is not forgetting what was done to Terri"

Good. I know I won't forget it. The only way for Terri to have Justice now is for them to open a full scale investigation into what happened, and to hold accountable those who ignored the law that led to her brutal 13 day long execution.

I can't help being disgusted by the thought that Serial Killer/rapist Michael Ross died a "peaceful death" in minutes, while a helpless, totally dependent, disabled woman whose only "crime" was that she couldn't feed herself, was forced to die an agonizing torturous death lasting almost two weeks. It still makes me ill to even think about the level of injustice that was done to her. It enrages me in fact. I still can't quite put in to words the depths of what I'm feeling.

I want people to understand what happened to Terri . I want them to know the truth, and be as outraged by it as I am.

One of the biggest problems is that Terri's case can't be explained in a 5 minute news segment. The death freaks have the advantage in that. They toss around "coma", and "vegetable" "Life support" "loving husband" and people have an image of a non-responsive comatose patient on a respirator, her "loving husband" wanting to pull the plug and her desperate family not wanting to "let her go".

The lazy, useless press parrots the death freak lines with no investigation. The public buys this scenario and sides with the husband.

But, none of the previous description could be further from the truth-i.e. HINO suddenly remembering, after 7 years and a lawsuit settlement for "loving husband" to care for her, for the rest of HIS LIFE, that Terri "wants to die by dehydration/starvation, that the only proof of Terri's "wishes" is based entirely on hearsay, that husband lives with another woman and has two children by her, while still married to Terri, that she had shown response, improvement in previous therapy, until HINO recovered his "memory" and stopped all therapy, that there was trouble in the marriage up to the night of the "collapse" , tons of court testimony where HINO conflicts his own statements, exc....and this is not even getting into the corruption angle.

.Terri's family needs to come up with a condensed version of events that offer the best rebuttal's to the lies of the death freaks. I hope Terri's family will keep pursuing Justice for her. People must understand what went on, so that it can be prevented from EVER HAPPENEING AGAIN.

I would like these "judges" to answer for what they did -to the Congress. They could have saved her life. Why didn't they? What kind of miserable-excuses-for-Human-Beings are they? The law that was passed and signed by president Bush would have been the logical solution to the problem. The judges spit in the faces of the Congress, and spit in the face of an innocent disabled woman and her family with their arrogance. I want them to know what they did. I want everyone to know what they did.

I hope the Schindler's will pursue Justice any way they can. I think one of the reasons the scum bag brothers (Schaivo's) are claiming that the Schindlers were after money, is because they fear a wrongful death lawsuit, so they are trying to shame them into not filing one

If she was my daughter, I would sue everyone on the planet, not so much for money, but for the finding of fact that goes with it. There was so much smoke and mirrors used to cover up the truth- I'd want people to know the truth.

That said, I have to admit that the Schindler's are much better Christian's than I am. They have handled everything with grace , dignity, and a sense of faith in God that amazes me, and has been a lesson to me. I know they will do whatever their faith leads them to do

Pray for Justice For Terri
