As I mentioned, first of all "Mother of My Master" has to be seen in the context: TOTUS TUUS.
So the pope is in one sentence denying that a catholic can belong only entirely to God and mocking God saying that God has a Mother.
God has NOT a mother. The Son that God gave the human form of Jesus had a mother. Jesus and His Mother died a long time ago. Before and after Jesus, there is the Son. The Son has no Mother.
