Nah. Mathematicians tend to be crazy.That was my thought as well. I've met a couple of certified mathematical geniuses, PhDs, credentials out the wazoo that were nearly incapable of dealing with other people. One of them started going ballistic at virtually no provocation. I stopped associating with him when he started carrying around guns.

If I recall even more hazily, it was from Harvard.
Something in the water at Ivy League colleges...

I think that math must have to intrinsic ability to drive people nuts.
I took exactly enough math to get into and through college, and not one credit more.
