thanks for the excellent update. Delighted to hear that the trip was not too taxing. TC is going to heal and thrive in Faith's home and the California sunshine. He'll have a high old time out there.
I hope you Texans aren't too hard on him if he turns into "Californio Cowboy." Those Californios are great! Remember the CA cowboys who ride in the Rose Parade every year? Would anyone be surprised to see TC riding with them at the head of the parade?
Nope~ No No No!! It's not gonna happen!! TC IS the Texas Cowboy.
We'll let him ride in a parade to show CA what REAL cowboys look like, and better yet, a true gentleman Cowboy. But his heart belongs to Texas... well all except the part that belongs to Faith and her part of CA. Besides that, he's got a bunch of shootin' buddies that'll tie him up and bring him back!
You're right about the healing and thriving. It's the best for him until he gets well again. Then he's got a beautiful place with clean country air and clear night skies to enjoy.
