I never elaborated on the race of the victim. It was irrelevant.
I commented on the fact that in my view black inner city secondary schools are almost always horrible places as a rule for kids to go for an education.
And I stand by that.
And I resent paying for it.
This story makes me ill.
No adult involved in the cover-up should ever have a job again, much less around kids....jail is too good for them.

Why anyone is surprised or shocked at this this story is completely beyond me.
There was a similar incident at the local public high school, only it involved a handicapped boy, and the principle's son. It was never reported either, but then it wouldn't have done any good any way. Whenever the principle's sons were involved in any illegalities it was covered up by the police. I have to say that the incident was a rumor, that I have no first hand witness.
Fact is Diddy most crimes against blacks, are black on black crimes, Thats why there are so many of the black races in jails. I never stated any different just that blacks are often guilty of hate crimes, but hate crime laws are never used against the black criminal.That was the jist of my sarcasm.

People need to be taught civilized behavior; if not, you get the kind of behavior witnessed at the school. And I agree that the "best" teaching mechanism for that is a binary system, that is, a mother and a father.

Do you even want one of your children or grandchildren (or neices or nephews, or neighbors' kids etc) going to a school where things like this happen?
1. Special ed kids should not be mainstreamed, that's one point.
2. Why are these students not supervised every minute of the school day?
3. This is rape. Every student who participated should be seriously punished. My personal recommendation is public shame and public pain - public caning. That's the only thing that will change animals into humans. Besides a spiritual conversion. Which may have a chance of happening after the above.
4. All school admin. and teachers who should have prevented this should not only be fired but prosecuted. Will they? Don't hold your breath.
5. Society considers those who are less-than-perfect to be less-than-human. And also that oral sex is not sex. It IS indeed a world gone mad.

You sound like the bigot - what do you think the story would be if 12 white guys had picked out a mentally disabled black girl and forced her to perform oral sex in the school while all the other white males watched. Dont be such a PC idiot - of course its all about race - to liberals only race matters. If blacks do this then its ok if whites do this then we have a problem - can you be so igorant. This is why you wont see this on the national media.
Dont forget that in this school black history month, MLK and Muhammad is celebrated - not a mention of presidents, the military, or plymouth rock. Take a look at their newsletter if you dont believe me.
To the "boys will be boys cuz of their testosterone" thinkers, do the ones that do not act this way have less testosterone? This is a right/wrong scenario. These cowardly teens engaging in this act knew what they were doing. They chose to do it. They were not a victim of horny powers they couldnt control. What would be the consequences had this happened in a mall bathroom? Would these animals be as protected? These kids, like all bullys and sociopaths have no understanding of empathy. They can't imagine other peoples' feelings. So they act accordingly, creating victims all they want. These kids should be thrown in general population for life to get abused the same way abuse that girl. If it was my daughter, I'd have no problem with going to jail for killing each perp that touched her.
I agree wholeheartedly. Special needs kids SHOULD NOT be mainstreamed. I can't count the times my own son has been beaten up at school because he's "different". My question to the school personnel is always the same: "Where were the teachers?" It's a very BIG problem.
