No, it is believable, truly believable. Public school systems are closed societies where they fear any ray of light exposing anything. Teachers are scared to talk to the press and administrators enforce that fear. It's like Stalin's Russia in every school system I've ever seen. I'm pretty convinced they've got their own secret police forces.

I agree with you,
This father has every RIGHT to be outraged, and none of us here can blame him for being outraged.
The father did the RIGHT THING in calling the police.
They ( him and his daughter ) need our prayers.
This kind of thing really, really , angers GOD , to harm or to do something like this to someone who is defenseless.
