Fatherless males are disproportionately more likely to commit violent crimes (regardless of race), and it is a safe bet that the perps in this case are born-out-of-wedlock, fatherless males. Of course, as soon as you mention out-of-wedlock births, accusations of racism will fly, because illegitimacy is a norm in the black community.

If you look at crime stats, rape is committed at a significantly higher rate by black males than by white males. This is almost certainly due to 70% black illegitimacy.
I agree 100% with your post but my point is that it's a fools errand to focus on race in these issues. First of all, it opens the door to reducing the culpability of the rapists since it lends credence to the "they're just products of their environment" defense.
Secondly, it perpetuates the (unfair) reputation that conservatives have for being racists. We need to have the credibility to fight terrorism and control the borders. If we focus on race in every other situation, we won't be able to fight terrorism or control our borders because both policies will be labeled as racist.
Focusing on race gains us nothing in these criminal matters but the cost is VERY high. With as many important issues existing in the world today, we as conservatives really need to know which battles are worth fighting.
