Yup.. thats what we use to do with criminals here in the USA.
But, even with due process of the law, Perky Katie and her liberals/dems would say that " this is cruel and unusual punishment "

Well, as is my wife's hope whenever some heinous crime occurs, perhaps they'll be shot resisting arrest.
