Actually, it was never legal, just expedient. I do not believe you will ever find where a probate court judge has the legal right to order the execution of someone (even in Floriduh), especially someone as disabled as Terri, but Greer did just that as easily understood by reading the order he issued for her death.

you're right, I didnt make the cartoon, and it is GREER saying that, so I can see HIM thinking and saying it is legal, whether or not it really was.
