Those are the most easily forged and counterfeited documents, unlike our passport, which is why we want the passport.
It would cost me over $600.00 to get passports for my family, a price I am unwilling to pay.
Nobody is requiring you to pay anything, and I'll bet the price of passports drops dramatical before they implement this.
I didn't say I was required to pay it, I said I was unwilling to pay it.
I would also hope that prices drop as a result of this.
