Yuma has already had at least one patrol. They're only patrolling on weekends.

Yuma has only had one patrol. About 20 went to the river for about an hour Sunday, two people from one of the local TV stations were there, they were surprised by the amount of trash left by the illegals. The first group will finish training next Monday, and will start patroling shortly thereafter. This group has no intention of patroling 24/7, the plan is to start off with 2 or 3 patrols a week at unannounced times, and locations, and expand from there depending on available volunteers.

Spiff, the issue we discussed has been resolved, I will be will be going on patrol as time permits.
