I was a drunk for a long time and I never raped anyone let alone any little girls. I know that even drunk I would have wanted to kill that animal.

It's worse than that. He hated her youth and purity because he lost his own. Child molesters seek VENGEANCE against children. As bazaar as it may sound, child molesters are usually those who take the polar extremes of their stereotypical genders: the males who molest children tend to be success-hungry professionals and the female molesters of children tend to be relatively well off financially and not work driven. If course this is not an exact profile, nothing in psychology is, but if a watercolor artist walks up to your front door and asks to study your daughter's painting on the fridge (ok not the best analogy) DON'T get all hung up in a loop and call the police, get to know everyone that you come across who seems suspicious (or rediculously weird and unusual). If you are in doubt about whether someone is a child molester, try to have a conversation with that person. Contrary to popular belief, a person who exibits some form of "childlike" behavior can be safely ruled out 70-80% of the time as not being a potential molester. In most cases they are lonely people or they see children as mentors and they have a particular disdain for "adulthood".
I'm not a psychologist but I've had alot of contacts with DCF and I ask alot of questions. It's more than likely that these facts are correct but feel free to find counter-information. Human nature is very subtle and contradictions to psychoanalysis records are bound to occur.

Yes, right, it doesn't. I said basically the same thing on a thread about that Couey (Sp? Codey? I forget) who murdered the first girl in Florida recently, and the sheriff said he was a drug-fueled haze at the time. Now maybe the Sheriff only meant that was why he didn't remember stuff, but it IS important to realize that there are an awful lot of druggies and drunks in the world and very few of them a child rapists. And plenty of the child rapists and killers (and adult rapists and killers for that matter) are stone cold sober. So this is all just another excuse.
