Once again...no, the LDS Church does not support polygamy. I would suggest that before you start spouting off about something you have no clue about, you actually do some research. Maybe you should talk to your friend about the Church sometime rather than talking about it with non-members.

The Mormons definitely have their inconsistencies and I find the Book of Mormon interesting...but to just start saying that Mormons are all polygamists is like saying all Catholics torture people for heresy.

Nah. I just checked it out. I'm not that interested. The "Prophet" for their Church supported liberal Gore/Leiberman. That's about all I need to know.
If you disapprove of the Mormons in Utah, talk to them, not me. I'm Baptist. I'm happy with just one spouse! Lord knows that's enough for me!

I read that book out of curiosity once. The Pearl of Great Price, right? The bad guys won in the end. I didn't find it very motivational at all!
