Too bad the jury wasn't schooled on "jury nullification". The judge was wrong to exclude federal law from consideration. California has become a fascist state with respect to anything related to firearms. That is a fundamental reason I ditched California for Idaho. Lockyer is now pushing for legislation to put a serial number on every bullet. You can anticipate the next move. Possession of any ammunition without serial number bullets will become a felony.

Idaho? PLEASE stay on your toes....and inform your friends. I read (heard?) somewhere, that that state has become a hot place for the Hollywood crowd. They're buying land up there is what I heard.
