What's exasperating is that this joke isn't even salacious. The humor lies in the supposed fact that the President couldn't tell a cow from a horse, or a mare from a stallion. Apparently, neither libertines nor prudes comprehend that a stallion's "unit"--other than the fact that it is not an udder--has nothing to do with why the joke is funny.
Evidently laughing is against some folks' principles.
