How about those christians who found the first lady's speech to be well done?

Haven't you heard? They're not "real, true" Christians.

lol.! I remember Michelle Malkin "pre kids" and now, certain povs that seemed a bit more morally-based than before she had kids. This is natural and normal. It's mamabear looking out for her cubs. But the "who is a christian" thing. Yep. Right out of the Dem handbook, Howlin. This so-called "we are the *REAL* CHRISTIAN stuff" I've been seeing in FR lately was clearly laid out via various speeches by Dean and Pelosi. Ergo, when I come across anyone in here spouting off "about their uber Christianity"; I just think they are unnecessarily exposing themselves. Not that I think they are "christian".

Someone who boasts about their "Christianity" is guilty of arrogance, or out to sell ya somethin'.

That one particular post about "Real Christians"? I saw Ryan O'neal (Paper moon) selling Bibles... during the depression... "real bibles" for "real christians". World Council of Chruches would be proud..lol

People who consider themselves the uber "christian" and proud of it sometimes don't realize they come across as the moonies we used to have to jump hoops to avoid in San Francisco... "But We Love You!". Meaning; they come across as "cult" members. And regardless of how many scriptures they can cite. Or the "guilting" ploys they use in posts. lol.

Olivia Goldsmith, RIP, wrote in one of her novels: "Catholics only rent guilt: Jews own it". lol. And here in FR, Posters cloyingly attach it to others.
