Since 17 cents of every ticket dollar ends up at the DNC,
the question becomes: is it worth paying that price
(not to mention several irreplaceable lifetime hours)
to see it?

Explain this 17 cents to DNC for this movie.

17 cents of every ticket dollar ends up at the DNC on that basis we'd never see another feature film ... on the screen or DVD

The answer is, if you're a Star Wars fan, YES!
While I can't stand Lucas' political views, I'll still sit through THIS movie. Personally, I can't wait to see it.
And, to ease the burden, I'll go during a matinee showing.

E-X-A-C-T-L-Y. I have no plans on seeing this movie. I'll wait for cable, just as I did for AOTC.

I would say that $.17 is low.

That way, we stay ahead, and donations to the Rats from your movie ticket arre pointless.
Or, don't go see it, wait for the DVD, rent it and have a party where about 20 people see it.
