> Explain this 17 cents to DNC for this movie.

Hollywood is overwhelmingly liberal. Depending on who is
the studio, distributor, producer, director, actors, all
the way down the credits, you need to assume that a
varying percentage of your ticket dollar ends up funding
people who endorse taxing, controlling, enslaving and
killing you.

I very rarely go to (or even rent) movies anymore.
The above is part of why.

Well Lucas is quite independent for an American moviemaker. Much moreso than Spielberg.

I haven't heard of him being overly leftist, but it's possible I suppose.

Solved that, sort of, years ago when I bought a lifetime pass to our theater. Still have to buy popcorn, but those profits stay here in town with our flaming-leftie theater owner, who gets copies of right-wing-perspective movie reviews from some malcontent with a lifetime pass.

Good for you.

Besides for $10.50 and another $20.00 for a coke and hot dog I can can order a Pizza in and enjoy a good movie on AMC or TCM.
