I think it is time for us to try to identify a new search engine. I stopped using Google News when it became clear that very biased people were writing the headlines.

Are we now supposed to boycott Google or pass additional Campaign Finance Reform to limit Google's contributions to the Democrats?

There are a number of other search engines.
www.altavista.com
www.alltheweb.com
www.webcrawler.com
Those are just a few, and I find that they work better then google anyway.

Google money engine for Democrats only That I don't mind.
It's the ranking by "quality" source that gets me. That's a fancy name for the old fashion spike.
Not the first time google boys played with the results, ask people looking for gun info.
Goo- goo- google, good bye!

My system blocks half of Altavista's initial page when it comes up. My IP blocker and firewall don't like it at all.

Well this is a good one too, but it also uses "Google."
METACRAWLER
I'm thinking that any really good search engine will utilize google, but it in and of itself MAY not also have the same political predilictions as google. Links will be it's own, etc.

DOGPILE has always been a great search engine! And as I just said, it doesn't mean that because it uses google it has googles liberal tendencies.

Sell any Google stock you bought in the run-up. You'll make money now, before the thing tanks, and the Dems won't get your money from the Google lefties.

When the whole Eason Jordan flap was going on, I did some digging.. sure enough, the bigger story I found concerned Google at that Davos conference. So it goes...
