I'm sure the bill will eventually turn up on Hitlery's coffee table somewhere down the line, but she will say she never saw it. Either that or 60 Minutes will do an hour long expose "proving" that the bill was paid by Bush and he had it faxed to him at the Kinko's in Abilene, Texas.
Hillary wins re-election, it's over. Hillary loses, it's over....beating a dead horse excuse. Once 2006 gets here, it's hands off any scrutiny of her actions because it's campaign season. Unless some suicidal federal prosecuter wants to kiss the badger on the lips, it's over before it started.
