''even under the Taliban you got an appearance in court''.

I know we're all praising Blair because of his support of the war, but this should be a reminder that most Brits's hearts are with the French when it comes to the US. No, not all, but most.

This guy is 1 nasty piece of work.

I KNOW this because I lived in London for 12 1/2 years.

When Britain went to fight in Iraq, this scumbag called for the insurgents to attack British & American troops. For this and SO MUCH MORE, he was 'fired' by his party.

So he decided to start-up a new party. I just can't wait to see what other stuff this lying, cheating, back stabbing, traitor will do next.

This idiot is a poster child for all that is wrong in the British Parliament.

and branded the committee as a tool of the US government

Yes, the Senate and its various committees are a tool (rather a dull one) of the people of the various states, who govern this country through their elected representatives.

A broken clock is right twice a day, and all that.

He "branded" a US senate committee a tool of the US government? This passes for thought among modern communists?

I am curious about something regarding Galloway's trip to Washington, and that's whether or not he came of his own free will.

If by his own free will, then why?

If not, then does the jurisdiction of the US Senate reach across the Atlantic to the UK Parliament?

Don't get me wrong - I believe Galloway is a liar, a crook, a communist, and a traitor. I'm just curious as to the extent of US jurisdiction.
