muslims consider other muslims infidels. It depends on what sect you are. sunni vs shia vs bedouin (bedouin are friendly to Israel and serve in the IDF, the sunni and shia hate them)
The Bedouin are far older civilization than Islam (and perhaps even Christianity) ... emphasis on the civilized.
