For the Scripture says, "You shall not muzzle the ox when it treads out the grain." And, "The laborer is worthy of his wages." WEB Luke 10:7
Remain in that same house, eating and drinking the things they give, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. WEB
And many others.
Do you really need a scriptural admonition to do what is decent and worthy of one blessed with responsibility of being an employer?

Not a word - the Bible is not an economic tract. You can't use it to support or detract any economic system.
