Well, "Borders, Language, Culture, Blood, and Soil" comes STRAIGHT from the pages of "Mein Kampf".

I know, because I've actually read Schicklgruber's awful book.

As for your first question about revenues raised before the unconstitutional and communist income tax,, I haven't the foggiest, but I'll check into it.

Frankly, I'm against taxation, (except to keep the potholes filled and the military second-to-none), asnd all regulation of the market and business.

Caveat emptor has worked fine for millenia before we created these unconstituional alphabet soup regulatory agencies.

People that don't do their homework before investing or going into business deserve what happens to them. There is no constitutional provision in the EIGHTEEN ENUMERATED POWERS granted the government to protect people from their own stupidity.

And please don't debase Holy Scripture by bringing it into a political/economic argument. It has no place there. Even Jesus said so.

What do you think "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" means?

Having finished reading through the thread from where I left off, I have to say I like the way you think and articulate your thoughts.

And good luck to you with your Cordon Bleu certification and dreams of your own establishment.

Things like ""Borders, Language, Culture" were not invented or discovered by Mr. Schicklgruber. Neither the fact that the Earth is round, in which this man had seemed to believe.

Even things like "Blood, and Soil" were not invented by him - they were part of Romantic thought, part of Volkism which influenced various movement including some factions of Zionism. (See the excellent book by professor George Mosse - The Crisis of German Ideology )

I know, because I've actually read Schicklgruber's awful book.

Really? So what do you think about his ideas of competition and his attitude toward the weak, losers and infirm?

As for your first question about revenues raised before the unconstitutional and communist income tax,, I haven't the foggiest, but I'll check into it.

You do not?! OK, I am sure some people on this forum will be happy to enlighten you. I am "calling on" you durasell :)

Good question - when the Christ was asked if the pious Jews should pay Roman taxes to support hateful occupation, wasteful social spending and idolatry, He asked "Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's."

So look at the coins and banknotes - you will see the depictions of politicians and emblems of the state. The money is the creature of the state, so render money to the state when asked.

To God you owe all your love and commitment and to the fellow human beings created as you in God's image you owe the same love and consideration as you grant to yourself.
