My Wal-Mart is clean and the staff and customers are nice people. We have a very nice community (rural central Virginia) and most of us love Wal-Mart. The one in Lynchburg is not as clean as ours, so the folks in Lynchburg come to Bedford a lot. ;)

I live in a nice community in rural eastern Virginia and so have to shop in Walmart in Maryland - but it sounds like yours...clean with nice staff and customers.
