After you have owned your own business and paid wages and benefits, and seen employees come late, fail to come at all, want more time off for this and that, etc, and always have their paycheck ready, you begin to feel they have it backwards.

It's employees that exploit the employer.

If you want people to have a higher wages and more benefits, start your own business and give them anything you want.

Maybe you hit the wrong reply button. Look at my other posts. I am not buying this whining about higher wages. My posts have consistently stated that one must acquire marketable job skills if one wishes to earn more.
