I'm going to say he walks because the prosecution had Zero evidence. Zero? I realize you probably meant that as an exaggeration. I think the nature of these types cases is that there is scant physical evidence. Probably people in prison now having been convicted with no more evidence than this case. If the boy can describe the crank thats enough for me.

I'm going to say he walks because the prosecution had Zero evidence. Very few child rapists video themselves and hand the tape to the police. Then again, if this jury had a video tape, they'd still let him walk.
