why Kerry didn't get into Harvard Law School

Could have something to do with receiving 4 D's his freshman year at Yale.
(Just heard it this am on the radio.)

'Ol Horseface got a 'D' in two History courses, a Geology course and a Political Science course.

However... the miserable puke excelled in French!
