Since you are an atheist, why do you care? Everything outside of your physical senses in irrevant. You seem to think there's something like an Atheists' Creed that you have to sign onto if you reject major religion. Me, I care deeply about things outside my own physical senses. You apparently need a giant grownup in the sky to tell you not to smack old ladies upside the head and steal their purses.

Americans should like each other and rally around the welfare and sanctuary of the nation.
I know that after the terrible bloodletting of the Civil War and the leadership of Lincoln, the people of the United States came together in a most amazing way. Great strides in productivity and invention took place from 1865 to 1880. Without this time in America the whole of world history would have been changed.
The good people of America should love and care about each other. Still argue and discuss, but do so for a common goal. The good people of America should be very wary of malevolent forces, both internal and external, who seek to divide and conquer the nation,
Viva America !

You misunderstand. Hunman thought and reason attain their highest achievements when activated by the physical world. Hegel, Nietzsche and I will add Freud should be studied to help discover a clearer method of thinking to guide actions.
