This was to be expected. Personally, I don't know why the prosecutor spent $2 million prosecuting this guy. It's not like he's any worse than the other criminals who are walking CA's streets.
This is what happens when the state doesn't have a good enough case.
It was the accuser's family's checkered past that caused this to happen.
Had to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...they couldn't convict. Can't convict on the probability that he molested the kid...Sneddon botched this one. The guy should be fired.
