Yup, like one lawyer said on Fox, maybe they should give California juries an IQ test to qualify. OJ also comes to mind.
Then again, the state apparently did a lousy of proving the case............
Probably a great idea. Although I agreed with the Peterson jury's verdict, none of them seemed to be rocket scientist material.
