Seriously folks, I think the issue is not the jury. The jury can only work with the evidence provided.

Snedden took PERSONAL charge of this case the ball and burden was in his PERSONAL lap.

The jury simply said Snedden failed to remove any REASONABLE doubts.

Remember Snedden's search warrent stunts? remember his initial press conference?

Seriously folks, prosecutors are FAR from paragons of virtue, quite the opposite.

Is prosecutors were always right, we wouldn't need trials. We have an advocacy system. The prosecutor is not fighting for the truth, he is presenting one side only.

No kidding! Prosecutors are, after all, politicians. Worse than that, they are politicians who are also lawyers!

Think of that prosecutor in DeLay's district, the prosector in the Rush Limbaugh case, Elliot Spitzer.

These guys are ambitious, power hungry pols with a license to ruin lives.
