That aspect of this does suck. Has Arnold named a possible replacement yet?

You know, she certainly stood her ground in California. And I figured that if the democrats filabustered her indefinitely, I'd take comfort knowing she was still needed in the 9th circus. However, I have felt for almost three years that JJRB was destined for the top, and that one day soon, she'd be appointed to the highest bench!

Justice Rogers-Brown is a smart lady with a very grounded upbringing. She'll be a Supreme because they don't come much better! She is not afraid to call a spade a spade.
