I note from Dr. Thogmartin's report that he says this at the end:

"It is the policy of this office that no case is ever closed and that all determinations are to be reconsidered upon receipt of credible, new information. In addition to fading memories, the 15-year survival of Mrs. Schiavo after her collapse resulted in the creation of a voluminous number of documents many of which were lost or discarded over the years. Receipt of additional information that clarifies outstanding issues may or shall cause an amendment of her cause and manner of death."

***

So it seems to me that if the ME is inviting any proof to the contrary, then he would not be part of the "conspiracy" -- he would just close his books and that would be that. That he is willing to keep this matter open appears to me that he's not likely to suddenly "lose" the file or disregard anything credible.

So instead of hurling accusations here, why don't those of you who disagree with the doctor's findings submit to HIM some proof of your assertions?

"She died of marked dehydration. She did not starve to death," Thogmartin said. As measured by the balance of salt and water in her body fluids, the dehydration was the most severe he had ever seen. This attested to Schiavo's robust underlying health, and in particular the strength of her heart, the pathologist said.

I repeat - the dehydration was the most severe he had ever seen. Terri was a human being entitled to Constitutional protection.
