Minuteman opposition organizes resistance

The Minuteman Project, and other volunteer border patrol groups, are expected to face their toughest opposition yet when they move to California this summer for a series of events along the Mexican border.

A growing resistance movement made up largely of Hispanic activists, some of whom accuse the Minutemen of practicing vigilante-style justice, say they will hold a series of protests to coincide with the border patrol operations.

The rising opposition comes at a time when the anti-illegal immigrant passions, fueled by the Minuteman Project movement, are gaining momentum across the country. The Minuteman Project came to prominence in April when it organized a month-long patrol along the Arizona-Mexico border.

I think this can be good news too. It certainly will raise the profile.

Let the Mexican activists act up and get it recorded on camera.
Feed it throughout the web and to all TV stations and eventually they will be beaten flatter than a tortilla.

"Hispanic activists" means illegal alien enablers. Illegal aliens are lawbreakers.

It's time for California's elected ones to stand up and speak out for those of us who want the laws enforced. Sadly, most of them remain deaf and dumb.

The "hispanic activists" are the violent ones, and proved it in Baldwin Park and in Garden Grove.

I think the minutemen need MANY MANY MANY video cameras with telephot lenses. Night vision is feasable.

I like how they soft pedal the commies and wackos who oppose the minutmen.

In a related story, prison inmates protest guards presence. They claim the guards are scumaphobic and are repressing them. The media is of course, sympathetic to their plight.

"They will be shot mat here."

I believe you are right. These people will cause an incident, assault the MMP or stage an incident to get our people to over react. As post #7 below, points out these Hispanic activists have shown they are violent.

Yup. Any press that raises the US consciousness about how far the left will go to break down our society is good press.

It's time to raise a huge public stink about the "philanthropic" foundations like Ford that so generously fund this anti-American and unconstitutional activity. MALDEF, LULAC and Mecha people are able pay staffers to protest because the foundations are footing the bills. Someone needs to tear the lid of this scandal big-time!

>> Hispanic activists, some of whom accuse the Minutemen of practicing vigilante-style justice,

I am coming to the conclusion that some *real* vigilante-style justice may be the only solution to the damage these people are doing to the Republic.

No one needs to see what these activists are pushing Americans towards.

If the federals will not enforce the laws, then others eventually will.

Congratulations, you got world wide press.

Remember to have someone bring video cameras for your protection and to help lock up activists from Mexico, the ACLU, DU, Communist USA, Unions or Anarchists.

Saying what...? Some poor sap needs to take a head shot on camera trying to enforce a law the federals will not.

I think we should stomp them out and let the press whine about it. Maybe we should stomp out some of the press while at it.

Can you view a film after it has been removed from someone's rectum...?

So long as it is peaceful no problem. Anything else from either side and the full weight of the law should come down on the heads of those that initiated the non-peaceful action.
