East Dearborn bordering Detroit can be considered a Muslim Ghetto. "Ghetto" btw can mean anyplace where a racial or religious group congregates in large numbers, not necessarily housing projects, pawn shops, etc.

I used to work at Ford. Years before that, I worked at the GM facility in southwest Detroit.

A "ghetto" is not the same as a "slum."
