I actually happen to LIKE the south and MOST southerners (i.e the ones who remember the damn war is over, and who can properly apply the word Yankee which relates to only a certain portion of the northeast, i.e. New Englanders. My people got here after the war and I was born and raised in New York, which has no Yankees despite what George Steinbrenner says).
