Nor have they ever been a democrat trait.  Notice how the common rhetoric with democrat politicians is they're going to fight for this or that.  Course, ironically, when it's time to really fight for something, they turn pacifist on us.

LOL! Liberal Marrianne Means spends an entire column... writing about NOTHING! She raves about how Mad Howard is getting the Republican Party all worried. Gee, yuh would thunk the Democrats had IDEAS that get people inspired to go out and vote for them? If they have them, then its a well-kept secret. Means sounds like that Lakoff guy but then again slick marketing isn't going help if there's no substance to your presentation. The Democrats don't have an outlook that says we believe America is a great country and here are our ideas for making it better. If what we have to go from the likes of Mad Howard and Dick "Birdbrain" Durbin, its all about offending the very people the party needs most to gain a majority. Ms. Means has no idea why the Democrats have kept losing ground in the past decade.
