Bob Geldof, the fading B-class rocker formerly of the "Boomtown Rats", recently made it known that Prime Minister Paul Martin wasn’t welcome at the upcoming G-8 summit unless he was prepared to cough up .7% of Canada’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to help "fight poverty" in Africa. Geldof must have the balls of a canal horse to think that who is or is not invited to attend the summit depends on him.

The Prime Minister should walk up to that aging twerp and slap him so hard that Geldof drops to the floor. When he tries to stand again, slap him down again. Then apologise for losing his temper, start helping Geldof up, and slap him down yet again.

One really easy and sensible measure I have found is that if I just keep my legs together, I won't have children I can't support.
Does that count? Do I get any credit for that brainstorm?
