# Sixty people from a Ventura County group opposed to words on artwork at a Metrolink station are met by 600 counter-protesters.

A face-off Saturday in Baldwin Park over illegal immigration, sparked by a piece of public art, was peaceful despite authorities' fears of violence.

Next to City Hall, where about 60 protesters opposed to illegal immigration waved signs and American flags, about 600 counter-protesters sang, danced, chanted and beat drums to urge tolerance

SOS supporters who walked threw a crowd of counter protester to go to a store. Funny, no one threw a water bottle at them.

The media downplayed the arrests saying they were for treasspassing. What they fail to mention was that it was clearly an organized attempt to outflank and surround us.

The numbers were easily double what they were for BP1. CCIR was there in force, finally getting some justice for Anaheim 2001.

In addition we had a professional camera man on the other side from Kirkby TV who obtained hours of counter protesters. In addtion, many formers members of the military where there. Law enforcement was out if force and did an AWESOME job. Much thanks goes to behind the scene members of the immigration reform movement who worked behind the scenes with the FBI, LA County Sheriff and other loaw enforcement to ensure a safe protest.

MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR applause to law enforcement on this one.

Uh, ok. After looking at the pics (worth a thousand words), it's evident that the LA Times didn't just soft-pedal, but flat out LIED in their description of the pro-illegal immigration crowd. Since when do people wearing Che T-shirts, hanging Minutemen in effigy, and parading banners with slogans like "Fight the Right! Fight Capitalism!" stand for tolerance!?

Arrests in Baldwin Park

23 anti-hate activists were arrested yesterday at Baldwin Park Demo.

They were arrested for trespassing on railroad property. Of the 23 that were arrested, all but 2 were held for over 12 hours. As of 1 AM the police refused to book 3 of the arrestees.

A private corporation called Corrections Services Incorporated runs the Baldwin Park jail. According to reports the jailers took their time booking everybody and arbitrarily harassed several of the arrestees.

One arrestee was held in solitary confinement for a short time.

The silence of government officials and newspaper editorials on this is deafening. As I've said before, anti-racism is a racist code phrase for anti-white.

One of the signs the counter protesters have said something to the effect that:

"Mexicans are the indigenous people and have a right to squat on US soil, not the US government or immigrants from Europe, and that people like us who want the US government to exercise its sovereignty and borders are Nazi like since we practice ethnic cleansing"

Beliefs like this are totally bogus, but common amongst the pro illegal immigrant lobby.

Although the Mexican heritage is linked to the Native American Indian who had settled in now what we call the US, so what?

Every person on the planet is related to every other person in some way, so with this logic every person on the planet then has right to squat on private property here in the US?

But that is not even what they want, they only want Mexicans to squat here, which is truly the racist or even Nazi like point of view. This is opposite to their claim that the US government is Nazi like, a government which is a melting pot of all the worlds heritages!

In addition, it is the wealth that these people want to covet, no the land. Neither the historical Mexican nor the Indian tribes built any infrastructure; the land was basically empty when these past generations of people occupied here. It took the US government by controlled immigration, hard work and law and order to cultivate the land over many years to what it is now.

While in the meantime the county of Mexico sat back and did nothing, and now they claim ownership of the fruits of this country?

The proof that this is about the pillaging of private property; We don’t see Illegal immigrants trying to squat in the middle of the desert on US soil building settlements out of nothing with their own wealth. Instead, illegal immigrants tend to migrate, in large uncontrolled numbers, to our inner cities with no end in sight, claiming all they while that the cities and the wealth that never existed hundreds of years ago now belongs to them, and any body who opposes this is a racist.

We are all indigenous people to this planet, whether it is Native Indian, or European heritage, Asian, Middle East, African or other. US citizens enjoy the rights to the sovereignty of their own private property, which has been cultivated over many years and is now owned individually or collectively as public property, and no body else.

Mexicans have no claim to our schools, roads dams parks shopping centers homes and business just because their 5th great grandfather's seconds cousin removed once walked across what is now Main Street with a deer skin around his loins!
