You all take good notes for those of us that must be away from the computer today....Thanks in advance.

It's for certain we won't get the message if we rely on the MSM.

So is it coming down from the federal DC buildings? Sad day in America once again. Is it even worth our soldiers dying for anymore?

The 10 Commandment ruling is just one more step on the way to the downfall of the United States. Within 10 years we will be a nation of pagans if not worse.

THE PEOPLE FIGHT BACK: We must demand that congress amend the Constitution to allow the Ten Commandments in the public square.

I don't know what is wrong with SCOTUS. I can't believe the 10 commandment ruling...nor the KELO ruling.

Sad times

The Kentucky case iirc involved several issues. Do you know if they struck down the 10 Commandments alone (as they were originally displayed) or if they struck them down even when amongst other secular symbols (as in the replacement display)?

Splitting 5-4 in the first of two rulings on government displays of the Ten Commandments, the Supreme Court on Monday upheld a federal court order against a display of the religious document on the wall of a courthouse in Kentucky.

It is my understanding there are TWO Ten Commandments rulings in question here.

They struck down one of them, the one in which the Commandments were by themselves....am I correct, or was there only one ruling?
