While the democrats want Americans to wait to be attacked by chem or bio weapons, the better strategy is to use everything we can to kill the terrorist-planners of such attacks. Kill the enemy on his home ground before he can get here.
God forgive me for saying this, but at least if the worst does happen, given that the terrorists will target a large city, a bunch of libs will be the victims of their own stupidity.
