Paid drivers with all the inside information, no need for photos, maps etc.
Think of all the places that gas is delivered to, schools,
police departments, anyone with a fleet of vehicles.
Frequent posters over there are my arizona gramdma, velveeta, freeperfromnj, among many others.
Sadly not the case, I remember them holding local oral testing in South Philly for drivers that didnt know how to read...
Honest.....Being a former CDL instructor I can tell you this is a MAJOR problem in the trucking industry.....

Something MUST be done to the cheap labor-adddiced employers (and members of government) who are willing to sacrifice America's safety for the sake of a buck.
