Ted Olsen, who lost his wife on 9/11, gives the Democrats nightmares.
They object to any 9/11 linkage and Bush stating:
"The Democrats would deny a man who lost
his wife in the tragedy of 9/11."
What could they say? Uncle?
He would be a good choice, but is too old.
He's off most lists because of his age. The WH wants someone under 60.
Would be happy with any replacement of the Souter-Ginsberg kabal. Since Renquist will most likely be the next to step down, nominate Ted Olsen for the next opening...but the age factor does enter the equasion.
