Greta:
Great job. It is a relief to have you on the case.
Would you consider getting Jan Van Der Straaten to speak on the air as to why he refuses to permit a search of his good friend's (Paul Van Der Sloot's) property by cadaver sniffing dogs. And, indeed, why not inquire if the police commissioner has considered recusing himself from this case considering his relationship with Mr. Van Der Sloot.
Greta can be reached at her blog on the Fox News Web site.
Your welcome Quilla. If I were not retired from my career I would select my team's personnel from the Free Republic site.
There are many sharp freepers, to include yourself and many have, "got it together" as to investgative knowledge and reasoning. NSNR
Wow. I hope they've got something good that will tie back to the VDS family. Why can't the VDS property be searched again? Is someone blocking the warrant? The son is in custody, so ... doesn't it follow they would be able to examine the well and bring cadaver dogs?

I can hear the police commissioner telling Miller that not to worry, they have the stuff for prosecution. Then once Miller and the press leave, release Joran and it is over.
If I were Equus Search, I would mosey on over there, accidentally let the doggies go and see what happened. i understand from last nite that if these dogs are off leash, they will roam and find bodies. Amazing. They respond to old bodies. So if you murder someone {haven't we all!}, bury them in a cemetary. The dogs can't work there.
This is also the case with ASHLEY POND and MIRANDA GADDIS. Authorities recovered Ashley from a barrel buried under concrete in Ward Weaver's yard. The body Miranda Gaddis was found in a backyard shed.
And, JESSICA LUNSFORD's body was discovered wrapped in plastic garbage bags in a shallow grave on the property where John Couey was staying.
Send John Kerry to give a speech. While the audience snores, send in the Marines to the VDS property.
Yeah, some murderers keep the corpse in their freezer.
Here is a post from SM,,take it for what it is worth.
Good Morning Fellow Monkeys! I've been lurking for a while and wanted to make a comment. On another thread, not a pleasant one, a poster from Aruba alluded to the fact that most people on the island knew what happened to Natalee, however, they are resentful of the "American intrusion" and when the Americans are gone the case will be solved. This poster seemed rather beligerant towards the entire situation. Also, from my own perspective, I feel there may be Aruba residents that may know a lot more about the case, but are afraid to come forward for fear of being "detained".

I thought that it's more likely that twisted serial murderers and child molesters keep bodies in the freezer. I think in this case he/they [VDS family] would want to get the body as far away from their property as possible. Didn't JVDS suppose he might be a suspect since he was last seen with Natalee?
This is so sad.
That reminds me of the guy in PA, Ira Einhorn, who murdered his girlfriend, then stuffed her body in a trunk, put it in the closet of the apartment, and sealed up the closet, where she was found some time later.
He escaped to Europe where he lived quite well for nearly 20 years, after Arlen Specter in private practice at the time, got reduced bail for him.
So yes, criminal minds often think the rest of us won't ever figure them out!
Thanks, I couldn't get the link to copy. But I am ignorant of the finer points of computers.
It really bugs me when guests on the tv shows say that the VDS house has been searched, as one of them did again last night.
Well, yes, the "Polis" DID bring out bags and bags of "evidence" from that house as someone said -- but those cadaver dogs have not been there, from what I understand.
LOL! That should do it alright.
Thanks, DS. I'll have to write her later. Company coming to town and have a million errands to run.
Oh. The article I read seemed like they were dismissing it as a hoax, noting that they 'thought' it was placed there 'after' they had investigated/searched the home.
Who knows what was REALLY said? I trust FOX more than the other MSM, but still...ever play that game where the first person whispers something and on down the line the last person's version is nothing like what began...?
