ARTICLE SNIPPET #1: "TAMPA - Palestinian Islamic Jihad officials approved a proposal by Sami Al- Arian to reform the terrorist organizations' finances by making Al-Arian one of the three people in charge of overseeing funds, according to evidence presented in Al-Arian's trial on Monday."
